Avon Bank Meadow has a long-standing reputation for hosting rallies. Our dedicated meadow is suitable for all caravans and motorhomes.
Grass pitches offering:
6amp Electrical Hook-up.
Freeview Aerial Points.
Elsan waste on site
Laundry facilities and Waste recycling.
BBQ permitted.
Dogs welcome with exercise areas and walks adjacent to site (Smiths Meadow)
Other facilities:
Marquees or tented areas
We do accept marquees to provide a communal area for club meetings and get-togethers.
Food and Drink
There are several local venues that can accommodate indoor meetings and provide food and beverages by prior arrangement, there are also local restaurants and takeaways that will cater for large delivery orders. This can be arranged prior to your stay at Avon Bank Meadow by speaking to John and Lisa.
Fishing
Fishing is only permitted when there is space available. Please speak to John and Lisa before setting up.
Site Rules & Guidelines:
The route through the boat yard is only our right of way and therefore we do not own it, could we please ask all visitors to Avon Bank Meadow to keep to the 12 foot gravel track and not to stop or deviate from the route under any circumstances, we also ask that you stick to the strict 5MPH limit
Marshals please check in on arrival at the big blue boat “Harry” at the end of the driveway.
Check in and departures as agreed under contract.
To enable us to keep the grass in good condition we do not allow ground sheets including breathable.
Should the grass become wet during your stay please do not attempt to move there is a free tow out available and should be arranged between the marshals and John or Lisa.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on lead and all mess picked up.
There are good dog walks either left or right out of the marina entrance
(Please do not use field between boatyard and site).We have boats moored on our property so please respect their privacy.
There is a CO-OP supermarket a short drive away located at the Industrial estate on the way to Pershore (open late)
Cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason we require 7 days notice to avoid incurring any charge. There will be a 50% charge if your booking is cancelled 2-6 days in advance. If any less than 2 days we would expect 100% payment regardless of deposit being paid or not. In the case of a no show we would also expect 100% payment. We will always do our best to reschedule your stay with us if outside the above notice and subject to availability.
